I absolutely loved it! The location was perfect ( 15 minutes by foot to Piaza San Marco and the Santa Lucia Station), Billa near by,quiet , and Signora Cristina is a lovely person. I would recomande it to any of my friends.

-très central à Venise
-tout est fonctionnel malgré qu'il s'agit d'un tout dans un ,salle de bain A1
-accueil de la proprio A1

-Aurions du correspondre plus rapidement avec proprio pour ne pas chercher l'adresse comme nous l'avons fait ,c'est à 20 min à pied de la gare de train,c'est faisable,si on a qu'une valise

Excellent location - minutes from Ca d'Oro vaporetto stop and traghetto stop to get to the Rialto markets. Billa supermarket nearby.

Kitchen equipment is clean and well maintained.

Cristina was very clear in her instructions and met us at the vaporetto stop to bring us to the apartment.

This was our 3rd trip to Venice and the first time that we had tried staying in an apartment. We were pleasently surprised. Excellent location. Just a few steps from the Ca'deOro stop. Some might consider the apartment a bit small, but this is Venice after all so by those standards it was fairly roomy. We had everything we needed. There is a good grocery store just a couple minutes walk away. Christina was really great. She met us at the valporetto stop right on time and was very helpful. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, so be prepared for some stairs. Overall we really enjoyed the apartment and will definately stay there the next time we go to Venice. Can't beat it for the price.
