non è possibile tenere le finestre aperte perchè a< ridosso di altre case, non si vede assolutamente panorama, casa umida

We liked that the apartment was very big and roomy and had an upstairs bedroom. It had everything you could want, like fridge, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair dryer and towels. It was on a quiet street right next to everything that we wanted to see. There are 46 stairs up to the apartment and 25 stairs up to the bedroom, but you really get used to walking up stairs, so it wasn't any big deal.

It would have been nice to know that the balance was due the day you get there, so I would bring enough euros the first day. Also, we never did figure out how to run the dishwasher. We figured out how to use the washing machine, because our daughter had one just like it in her apartment.

The kitchen is well-equipped and the apartment is spacious. The location is excellent. And David is very helpful and provide all necessary information around the area.

Minor water leakage from the sky window when heavy rain. Not very disturbing though.

Apartment David was located perfectly for visiting Florence. The apartment was spacious, clean, and even had a "view"...rooftops, but very charming and a peek at The Duomo. We really enjoyed our stay.

We always regret that short stay apartments do not usually have good knives for cooking. True of Apartment David, also. However, the other cookware was very high quality, so we managed fine.

location/location/location......less than 5 min walk to the uffizzi gallery/duomo/p.signorina/santa croce and the gold bridge on the arno....the next street over (via neri) had it all many rests/a great old wine bar/3 mini markets and a fantastic food to go place......the apt is a 2 flight walk-up where we were met by the owner and helped with our bags.....it was bigger than we thought (2 levels) great kitchen with everything you could need....bedroom on 2nd level was also bigger than expected....as a bonus we got up everyday to the smell of fresh baked bread from the bakery downstairs
