The appartment was very cozy and inviting and the host was extremely nice and always available. We felt safe during our stay and we had everything we needed in the appartment.

We hadn't understood, by the description on the site, that there was a mandatory extra payment for cleaning after the stay.

The apartment is well located, close to everything you need.

Be aware that when you arrive, you are going to be charged 35 euros more of the price on internet, supposely for cleaning.

The apartment is very dark even during the day.

La casa ben tenuta è nel centro di Palermo, perciò in buona posizione per visitare la città a piedi, l'insonorizzazione permette di dormire senza sentire il rumore delle macchine. Prendetevi un po' di tempo per fare una chiaccherata con Giuseppe (il gestore dell'appartamento)

The Location was perfect, everything was within walking distance, especially the night life and city sights.

Muy buena ubicación, lo más importante para visitar en Palermo se puede hacer desde el departamento caminando. Cómodo y bien equipado. En una plaza a metros de Cuatro Canti, con mucha movida nocturna. Muy amable el dueño.

No aclararon en el presupuesto que no incluía la ropa de cama y toallas y la limpieza final. Esto fue avisado cuatro dias antes del arrivo. Luego de un intercambio de mails solucionamos el problema cediendo de ambas partes. En resumen la estadia nos costó un poco más de lo previsto. Deberian ser mas claros en los presupuestos para no generar malos entendidos y discuciones molestas.

Giuseppe was extremely friendly and helpful in a number of ways, going far beyond what one would normally expect. The apartment is quiet, tastefully furnished and extremely secure.

We had a wonderful time staying in Palermo, and it was due in large part to Giuseppe and his apartment.

A handicapped person might have trouble getting up the two awkward stairs to the bathroom.

I personally think it would be preferable to include extra laundry and cleaning prices in the overall price, rather than adding them into the contract as extras, which can cause confusion and/or misunderstanding, but he seems to prefer his own way in this.

The location was very central to all we wanted to see in Palermo. All markets, restaurants, museums, etc. were within about 10-15 minutes walk, so the convenience was evident. The apartment was clean, well provided for, and the "landlord" was punctual and helpful. My spouse liked the quaint and oldfashioned flavor. We would gladly use this apartment again.

The amount asked for for the "key money" was excessive (200 euros) and not warranted. When booking online, this did not appear readily in the information provided, so we had to deal with this issue initially and negotiate a more realistic amount so that we could keep within our cash budget. This initial situation did not detract at all from our stay.
